Original data was filtered:
* Cases where a combination of experiment, location, trial year, crop and observation date had varying phenology stages were removed as we expect that on a specific day only one stage is observed.
* We did not keep all the crops, we only included the following crops (attribute binomial_name):

** Plantae Allium cepa
** Plantae Beta vulgaris
** Plantae Brassica napus
** Plantae Helianthus annuus
** Plantae Hordeum vulgare
** Plantae Lathyrus oleraceus
